The location was great, very good price, the rooms have nice size, the pool area is very nice.

The beds are small and not very comfortable.

The place is very quiet and very nice. I will comeback.

When I booked my room through Booking.com, there was no deposit fee for the hotel. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they charged me for a deposit fee.

Location is great we have been going here for years and have loved it.

It's been let go, the hot tub obviously has not been working in a long while, the pool was freezing, we stayed 7 nights in March 2 lots of house keeping 5 nights in April no house keeping at all. The lifts were out of order for 2nd trip and the handicapped room that we had was falling apart, we are gutted but we will probably have to look at somewhere else for our next stay for 2 weeks in September ?

Comfortable mattress. Location is awesome. Friendly staff.

Obvious that hotel was not properly maintained. Roaches in bathroom. Looked run down. Smelled someone using weed on campus. Not recommended for kids.

The room was clean

The so called hot breakfast was not at all what I expected. A wrapped up cold breakfast sandwich is not my idea of a hot breakfast. No fresh fruit and couldn't have a pastry along with the breakfast sandwich was disappointing as well. I was very disappointed in the shuttle schedule, too. I purposely picked this hotel to get a "hot breakfast" and free schedule too animal kingdom. I was told I had to take a bus to magic kingdom, which was further away from the hotel, to get on another bus to animal kingdom, which was 2 miles away from the hotel.

Nice hotel, for the rate, it was a great. Great location and the room was clean.

Breakfast was grab and go rather than a hot meal.

proximity to all the local attractions. The staff were very helpful. Let us utilize late check out. offered us a place to store our luggage until our room was ready and after we checked out to go explore the shops in area. The hotel shuttle was great too

The hotel shuttle having way too many people on it. Needed more times for pickup and later return times from parks.

Perfect location just minutes from the Disney parks. The staff was super nice. Room was good size, clean & comfortable. Your not going find much better at this price.

Signage at the road was a bit confusing. Breakfast was a bit lame but that’s due to COVID I’m sure.
