The convenience and the breakfast was good.

We found several bugs in the room, and would have liked to have seen fruit and yogurt added to the breakfast menu.

It was nice and clean. I liked that the pet friendly rooms were on the first floor.

I wish the hotel wasn't so close to the interstate. The noise level is high and my pet had a hard time focusing when it's potty time. The potty area is in between the parking lot and the road.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast had many options.

5 star hotel with 3 star pricing.

Hard to find entrance.

The floors were filthy. My dog spilled her water bowl and when I cleaned it up the towels was so dirty as to be disgusting. The rest of the room seemed to be clean but the floors needed to be cleaned in the worst way. No King room available. AC smelled

The late night before midnight check in person (lady) opened up once I mentioned our appreciation for her working on Christmas. The morning starting at 8AM guy was super friendly and customer service oriented.

They were out of tea bags.

The first room smelled of smoke,so the check in person moved us to another room,everything was fine after that

Staff were friendly and breakfast was well stocked with a good selection.

No elevator in the building. Advertised as having two queen beds, but were actually full-sized, not queens. Hotel is right next to highway with leaky exterior doors, so truck noise all night. Pool ?not open for the season yet? in 90-degree mid-June

Clean room with comfortable beds and pillows

A little noisy being so close to the expressway. Truck stop behind the hotel has trucks coming and going all through the night.

Very convenient location, nice room. Bathroom had new fixtures. Microwave and refrigerator included. Free breakfast was better than many free breakfasts -- hot food with choices. Clean indoor stairs to second floor.

Location

My dog was attacked by (kept) feral cats in back of the hotel. Nothing was done. They had no first aid to help her cuts. Wouldn¿t even refund the fee for my dog to stay. Room smelled like urine. Decrepit bathroom. Nightmare. Should have been compensated.

Great staff.

Too close to interstate. Room smells like a mixture of smoke and deodorizer (bad). Curtains didn't close well, so light shined in my eyes all night. Breakfast was not as promised. Waffle machine was broken. Juice machine also broken. Too expensive.

Not anything

No wi-fi, on the interstate, very loud. Small beds, dated rooms

Rundown property behind a truck stop, suspicious foot traffic in the parking lot. Not particularly comfortable, didn¿t feel safe.

Delicious breakfast. Hat and large variety. Helpful receptionist. Arranged for us to have 1 st floor room due to handicapped status.

Shower was broken in 3 different ways. Floors were sticky.
