Pros +
- We liked the location. In the center of Lake Placid and everything we needed was within walking distance. The Haus had a nice porche overlooking Mirror Lake. The staff at Haus was responsive to our needs. The staff at Booking was trying to be helpful but were calling the wrong phone number and found their communications with the Haus lacking.
- The staff was very easy to reach. They addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. The location was perfect for a visit to Lake Placid. We stayed in Apartment 4 which had a balcony with a lake view. The apartment was very quiet which was a plus.
- In the middle of town. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Liked being on Mirror Lake.
Cons -
- The decor in room 3 needed updating as the rug and couch looked worn.
- We stayed in apartment 1 for one of the three nights of our stay. There was a fair amount of street noise in Apartment 1.

just location ,., it is right on the lake it is good if you have balcony attached to your room
Price ,. too expensive .. not worth it. On checkin we found that Coffee machine was not even cleaned from previous use. It was missing regular coffee. When called, they said, you will get regular coffee bag only in morning. How stupid the service is. Will not recommend for the price.
