The Best Western Plus Northwoods Inn is located within minutes of the Redwood National and State Parks. It Is located off Hwy 101, directly across from the local marina. Free WIFI is available through out the property. Each air-conditioned room offers a flat-screen TV with local channels and movie channels, as well as a desk and complimentary toiletries. A mini fridge and microwave are also placed in every room. We also offer a complimentary continental breakfast in our 2-story view building onsite. The view is definitely worth getting up for! Pros +
- The young lady at the front desk was great. She was doing her best under grueling circumstances. It was like something out of a movie. She was great. I would not put up with what she had to deal with, i would have quit.

- They need a manager on site. Not only available by phone. And to answer the phone - which the manager didn't. They need more staff. It was one girl at the front desk to handle all people checking in, all the phone calls coming in, and other requests.
- Every time we go and stay there, the hot tub is not working.It's always out of order, if they're gonna advertise a pool and a hot tub, then a hot tub should be working.
- The automatic door lock was broken. No key needed to enter ? The room is small and outdated.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
Every time we go and stay there, the hot tub is not working.It's always out of order, if they're gonna advertise a pool and a hot tub, then a hot tub should be working.
