We had issues with our Sky decoder & the staff were amazing at the service to fix it & so friendly - couldn't do enough for us

Very nice property in a beautiful vineyard location. But please sort out the breakfast coffee.

We were upgraded to a lake view cottage which was wonderful. The cottage had an open fire which was great as it was a few chilly days and we preferred this to the heat pump. The included breakfast was great. We had a lovely time.

Everything was great.

Amazing breakfast and rooms. Generous size with kitchen facilities. Very private. The pool would be awesome in summer.

Welcoming staff. Fabulous accommodation in the Woodland cottage. Excellent laundry in the cottage. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet.

The continental breakfast was great.

I thought that the room was a little on the tired side, the curtains needed fixing but overall it was ok.

We loved the cleanliness and the room was super comfortable, warm and inviting. Great spa baths and brilliant variety of food in the included breakfast. We loved that we were able to use the shuttle into the square too with no notice. Couldn't fault this accomodation and would definitely stay here again. Stay were all super friendly and helpful.

I could not fault it, it was wonderful.

Ride on grass mower covered our car in thick dust. Lack of staff concern about this.

It would have been good to have a shelf by the sink for toothbrush / makeup etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early as we had to be at a wedding after 2pm. The room was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a bonus and good options available. We will definitely be coming back with the kids during summer

The location was incredible, an easy walk from the centre of Martibrough. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy

We called for some extra towels after using the hot tub and the receptionist said they’d bring some over but they never arrived

Beautiful view, nice villa, kids loved the pool and tennis. Very relaxing we love it.

A few more towels would have been good.

What a lovely peaceful place to stay. The room was well equipped and had a touch of lux, very clean and spacious. The gas fire was warm and ambient. The continental breakfast was great, especially the cheese scones they were my favourite. The staff were welcoming and friendly, highly recommended.

I would highly recommend the Garden Room with private hot tub. The hot tub was very clean (serviced every day) and hot and such a joy to soak in under the trees. The gas heater in the room made the space cosy and warm and gave the lounge area a relaxing atmosphere. Great facilities in the kitchen and a large bathroom. Also a large, soft bed.The restaurant area for dinner and breakfast was warm and intimate. Nice to look out onto a lovely garden area.
