Room was nice, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with enough options. Location is very good if you are flying trough LAX. The shuttle service, very efficient and nice drivers!!

Everything about this hotel was very good. Location near the airport, front desk service, modern spacious room, lobby decor was tasteful, great restaurant menu and very attentive staff.
Parking fee. The nightly rate was $71.50 ! This is outrageous and will definitely influence my future choices for hotels in that area. It is unfortunate because the facility is very good except for that.

It is close to the airport with a frequent free shuttle bus service. Very cool design and vibe to the hotel lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
The only drawback was the breakfast buffet was more expensive than expected and nothing that special really. Two years ago we stayed here and the breakfast we ordered from the restaurant was better and about 30% cheaper.

It was really a nice hotel
everything you had to pay for, most expensive 1 day parking I have ever seen. They over charge for everything water and juice for 21 USD. The staff really did not care. No one answers the chat function. They still charged me 900 USD ++ even if they mistakenly charged me 71.50USD from parking then tried to charge me another 71.50 USD. The amount stated in my booking was 757 USD but they ended up charging me 960 USD++. Which Initially the held 1,000 USD on my card.
