The room was big, a bit rundown, but generally comfortable.

There seem to be longer-term residence living there. You know the kind where their car is packed to the brim with crap. Some sketchy dude knocked on my door at 11 at night. I told him he had the wrong room, but I don't know if he understood me. sketchy.

The price. Quiet location.

Cabinet door was very old and wood broken down and broken. There was bug that crawled out. It smelled a little in the kitchen area of "oldness" not clean. The couch had torn edges on teh corners as if a cat had scraped it The bed was comfortable though.

The staff. Hotel employee was great and cared! Too bad he works for Extended Stay America who does not.

Contrary to Extended Stay marketing, kitchen pictured is NOT "stocked".Go to Residence inn for this, as will I.No coffee pot, kitchen tools, etc without a request/visit to the office.There were roaches/ants.CJ moved me to another that NOW has ants.

Nothing room is filthy and dusty

Yes, room smells like human urine, outside of the room smells like human urine, pressure water is very low, hairs in the tub and toilet sink (DISGUSTING), rusty stove, no utensils or plates called the front desk to request one and out of it, and dusty AC

Room had a constant vibration sound that hurt my ears. Towels were like sandpaper, no soap or shampoo

the comfort, the acceptance of my pet. the cleanliness and all the amenities provided.

Dog friendly and free parking, very clean.

Not enough coffee for the amount of people staying in hotel

I booked a two queen room and got a single queen bed, there was left over items and food inside the cabinets and the main entry door did not lock, I had to push the chair to the door for extra security when I slept.

Proximity to work

Generally grungy. Van in the parking lot looks like a homeless person is living in it.

Nothing really just maybe the location the room was so nasty and dirty I ended up getting sick I¿m so disappointed they did not do anything

Yeah it was super dirty and nasty inside ants all over hair all over walls dirty I can¿t believe they never asked to clean it or even put me in another room I even have pictures from inside the room the cords to the light had so much hair from pets

Really enjoyed the location in relation to Levi's Stadium. It is great for events there with a short transit ride or Uber over. Everything was clean and stay felt comfortable. Free parking and small breakfast items was also appreciated.

They seemed understaffed during our stay with the check in process taking a decent amount of time. The area also doesn't have much as it's surrounded by corporate buildings, so you would need to drive to pick up things.

The staff member complained over the phone to me saying I was making noise. It was 1045am right before check out. Ridiculous

It doesn't seem necessary to have the "breakfast" grab-and-go thing. I mean, a packaged muffin or a granola bar? Just skip it and don't waste the time on it.

First room smelled strongly of bud but then the staff was quick to change it out so everything was good.

My bedsheets had a blood stain- went to ask for new ones, the second had a yellow stain. the rooms seem to be occupied by permanent residents. Definitely would not recommend to anyone

I searched on hotels with breakfast. This hotel does not have breakfast, granola bars and unhealthy options (muffins). No eggs, cereal etc. I wouldn't stay there again for the price and lack of amenities (no gym, no breakfast). Motel 6 is half the price.
