the checki-n time was at 4:00 PM, that was to late. However the they allowed us to check-in at 2:00 PM.

- Great views from the room - large bathrooms - beautiful grounds - good wine tasting selection

- Overpriced, mediocre food - staff demanded we make reservations for breakfast even if the place was empty. So unwelcoming after spending so much money to stay there - pool was dirty and cabanas were unkempt

Loved the location, room view, pool area and outdoor tasting experience.

Our room sofa and chair were worn and needed to be replaced.

I thought that the guy who.checked me in was super rude. He didn't tell me about what this vineyard had to offer, no wine tasting hours. Nothing. And it's amazing because the young lady checking in a guest next to me was very helpful to her customer.

The grounds are pretty and the staff was execelent. Could definitely use some updates

Staff exceptionally friendly. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was heated. Our deluxe villa was adorable.

Stayed in one of their Villas. Overall liked that it had a tub, the couches which made it feel like a home for the weekend, and the small cocktail table which allows for a nice outside breakfast. We were able to check in about 30 minutes earlier.

The only negative was that when we called for breakfast they did not pick up, so by the time we received a callback, it was too late because we had to check out by 11.

The location was perfect, the room was terrible

Poor condition, the room was awful, very run down and smelly. the facility exterior by the spa is run down, the hot tub water was dirty and cloudy. Scum was everywhere. They do not clean the facility. The property is not maintained very well.

The staff was helpful. Location is good for access to all wineries.

I was in a villa. It was moldy and disgusting, they moved me to another villa that was equally as bad, musty, damp, moldy. They moved me a third time into main hotel. Nice rooms in the main hotel.

Charming local in Temecula Wine region. The staff was excellent: front desk, maid service, spa, pool servers. Walking through the property, anytime we encountered an employee they greeted us, we were made to feel welcome. Wine was great, loved the rosé!

MINOR negatives. Our fireplace did not work. The rooms are a little outdated but this is an older hotel so NBD. Check in time should be 3 not 4, kinda of late. Lovely hotel.

Located in center of Temecula wine country so close to most of the wineries in the valley. Easy access to the town of Temecula in about a 10 minute drive. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gorgeous room. Restaurant and bar located onsite!!

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. King Villa was quite nice.

Poor lighting in room. Couldn't read a thing. No info in room such as how to order room service or if there's even room service. Is breakfast served - other than the restaurant that said they were full for the day & no new diners? No conditioner in shower

Definitely not a $----- + per night hotel. no amenities, weird shower.

The room was great and most of the employees I encountered were great (aside from the spa employees).

Not accommodating during the power outage. The spa was closed due to the outage. The key stopped working to open the pool gate & they didn't help. The pool cafe was closed as well due to the outage & I had to beg the staff to let me order room service.

Hosts great respect

Had an issue with the voucher next door, but the hotel did respond to our complaint.

Just a short drive from town and located in a beautiful country settting
