Loved how clean and good the hotel smelled. The ambiance was great. The pool area and service was great. The drinks were delicious. Overall a great hotel experience.

The staff was very friendly, especially concierge Gordon who went above and beyond. The hotel has a beautiful pool and my kids loved playing in the main pool and the children’s wading pool. The big sandbox next to the children’s pool was a fun touch. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable! We had what we needed.

The breakfast foods felt processed. Eggs had a strange flavor and fruit was mostly melon. I would have hoped for higher quality ingredients. The coffee was also not very good at the breakfast nor in the room.

The staff were very helpful and exceeded all expectations. Great atmosphere and welcoming Hotel. Main bar area was excellent and very comfortable with easy access to outdoor area. 5/6mins to main town area.

Good location, you can walk downtown. Near a Koffi shop. Lots of room around the pool. They had a special complementary cocktail in the lobby around 4:30.

The was a cheerleading competition going on when we arrived so the hotel was packed with people. We reserved a hypo-allergic room with a balcony, but there was not one available because it was so busy, so we were given a regular room with a balcony. The air conditioner wasn’t working so they moved us to another room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The furniture in my room seemed a little bit banged up. The refrigerator was placed in a cabinet in which the door wasn't hung properly so every time I went to open the door, the door was being dragged across the carpeting. It surprised me that either a maid or a previoushotel customer hadn't asked to have this fixed.
