It's a beautiful hotel, the cosmetics. Concierge was kind she gave us a late check out because we arrived late.
The parking, we pulled in very tired and I'm sure there were several events going on. It took us 50 minutes to park with Valet, it was after 10 pm and we just wanted to sleep. People were honking, reving their engines it was uncomfortable.
The location and he was awesome! Each morning he greeted us and gave us ideas of places to get it and transportation to take!

The hotel’s parking lot was full, so we had to park across the street in a public parking structure. The room and hallways had a strong paint order. The cafe downstairs had food behind glass labeled “For display only” which had ants and flies on them.

Parking max height is only 6 ft. Had to kill 2 bugs in the room. One of the comforters was still dirty. Body wash in shower was empty. Towels were hard.

There was a line to check in. There were 3 people chewing in guests. When it came to be my turn to go up the 3 rd check in Person just Walks away and says nothing. I found out this was the manager . I have more to say but can?t leave more

The shower was outdated and the water didn't get much hotter than lukewarm consistently.
The rooms are nice, the hotel is in a great location, and the service was good.
The parking is unclear on line. They filled up the guest parking in the hotel, so you had to park across the street. It turned out to not be a big deal, but it was communicated poorly.
Hotel was great! Staff so nice and helpful. 24/7 food available. Affordable pricing and all excellent food! I will stay again! Highly recommend
I liked the location access to all freeways
I did not like that the TV did NOT work! The valet parking is unorganized an tool 30-45 mins to get my car, the hotel had us evacuatean take the stairs from the 19th floor to the ground level! My first Westin experience and it was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
The reception was a little unwelcome, there was an event going therefore they did not have any parking left and both the front office and the valet were not helpful, i had to go to different buildings around the hotel to request for parking
