Convenient downtown location; easy access. Close to the Central Market.
Not enough/reachable USB ports. Extremely confusing TV/Satellite. Could not find ESPN in English.

Nice facilities. Room was clean.
Homeless and vagrants surrounding the building. The parking was not available for general use only valet. Parking fees were not disclosed and parking on property is advertised. I had to pay an extra $52 dollars to park near the property.

the location is very good. staff is great Near metro station and some good attractions
rooms are a bit small tv is small Mirror was facing the bed directly in my room that wasn’t good. shampoo soap and body shower container were so hard to press and barely get something out of it .

The rooms were clean, only complaint being they smelled almost overly of cleaning chemicals when we first arrived. Location was very convenient, staff was nice. I actually think the photos didn't do it justice, it was better than I expected.

Staff are polite , room was as advertised. The location being near a food market helped but it's a pretty sketchy area. It is very close to the art galleries and Disney centre for music performances so location was very good .
A Kettle in the room would have been nice. Not all people drink coffee pods ! Otherwise all good
