Good location

We were extremely disappointed with the additional $15 fee we were charged to have our cocker spaniel. I searched pet friendly accommodation and this one looked appropriate. The fee should have been included in the booking price. We also received a message alerting us to a cleaning fee should we leave pet hair on the couch or bed - we later found out this fee is $50 - I have never felt so unrelaxed and stressed that we would be hit with this fee. The bed was terrible - I am 5ft 2" and my feet hung over the edge, it was also a terrible mattress with roll together. Mould on the bathroom ceiling and had a damp mouldy smell. I would not recommend this property to anyone else and will not stay here in the future. I would rate this place a 1 out of 10. We were extremely unsatisfied.

I liked the facilities and the layout of our hotel room.

I thought the hotel room I booked would be on the ground floor, due to easy access, especially with my 3 children under 8, but found out our room was upstairs. Which was not convenient with my 3 children, and seeing that the stairs and balcony were a hazard, as a child could fall down from a height that was dangerous. That there were only towels and no face cloths. The shower was at a height that was too high and dangerous for our 3 children who are under 8 to get up and down from. The windows in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and laundry area needed safety latches, as not safe if a child ended up opening the window and accidentally fall from a height of two storeys.
