Real Inn Tijuana by Camino Real Hoteles

Location and housekeeper helpful in finding me a shower chair.

The parking validation process was not explained at check-in time and needed to return to reception desk to get it validated. It was troublesome for me. I have mobility disabilities and needing to go back to get it validated added too much stress for me.

Hotel is in a great area, rooms were just as pictured most staff was nice ran into a couple who were very rude taxis usually right out the door if needed.

Rooms had no fridge or microwave, it was really hot out and we couldnt keep our drinks cold dude to their being no fridge , check in took well over an hour which was really inconvenient. Beds are on the smaller side in my opinion

I was expecting such an amazing gym. I was disappointed every minimal, mismatch and old equipment.

Location, room size, parking

Heating cooling system

yes, I reserved a room with a king size bed and the personal sent me to a room with 2 fool beds and the shower were liking all the time.

Parking included, location, water pressure for shower, quiet, bed comfortable

I was under the impression breakfast was included, but they denied me breakfast also I would have like the option to be able to take my food to my room but was told I had to dine in

The room had several malfunction issue.? the beds are full size in the small size and too low.? they giggle with not a good bed frame

Location is great

Parking lot exit gate close and exiting has to be done by the entryway, which is a mess when other cars are coming in. In a one way parking garage, you go opposing flow. Our room was not made, we left and returned by 5:30 pm . They showed up at 6pm late.

The location

Felt like a scam We paid more money at the time of checking It was dirty The room was so basic for the type of money we paid No towls Had roaches

I like the location of the hotel

The bathroom had mole in the shower and the toilet had feases smear in a corner of the water tank.

I has to cancel my hotel reservations I had booked from February 2023 at a much lower rate then what they where going for that weekend due to the festival at rosarito. I¿ve stayed here multiple time with no issues in the past

How they couldn¿t grant the price or kept saying they couldn¿t process or validate my bank info after bank had alert i was traveling the other option was to charge me the current rate I said no! So went to another hotel

Location was great. The lobby is nice and new. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the view of Tijuana from my room.

The rooms were very basic. The floor in my room needed work and the clerk in the lobby was very dismissive.

Nice lobby and elevators

Reception desk waiting time too long. Did not provide good information and too much paperwork. Rooms not ready Dirty furniture and bed covers Noisy rooms

They gave my room away and had to end up getting a room on the 8th floor heat did not work froze the whole stay

Heat did not work the whole stay froze the whole weekend sent a worker to check it he came and never showed back up and didn¿t even try to accommodate us with another room

Location

The room was dirty. Hair in the shower drain. The floor was wet with puddles that were still there when we came back to the room 5 hours later. I reserved a room with a king size bed but when we checked in they didn¿t have that room available. Don¿t sta

Location, value,services

Room key kept on getting deactivated everyday of my stay

Location

No Pool. And staff only attended other people at the front desk.

Location

The ac did not work, it was hot and humid all night

The staff was great! Centrally located to great restaurants, breweries, local coffee shops and there is literally a Starbucks out the door! Genius! Also within minutes of the international border which was super convenient!

Upon booking breakfast was stated to be included however once there our reservation was not coming up and weren¿t unable to dine there, and the gentleman at the breakfast podium did not do much to try and remedy the situation or even ask for help.

Good location. Clean, comfortable bed. Has a good restaurant for breakfast. Its more of a 3 or 3.5 star hotel because the heater was not working and there was tile instead of carpet everywhere in the room so the floor was cold.

Heater did not work, but staff brought up a portable heater. Room looked sparse .
