Disappointed
Lasagne in the restaurant was awful. Originally served, it was not heated through. After another microwave session, it was hot but the cheese was like rubber.
Receptionist needs to speak and read English. I asked for an even numbered room on the original booking and was allocated number 9. I complained and was given 18/2 - way at the other end of the hotel. Not good PR
