Hôtel Le Parc - La Table de Franck Putelat

The service at this hotel was exceptional. I arrived with a terrible toothache and they were able to arrange a dentist appointment for me that afternoon. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was ample and delicious. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was wonderful. The fish course was divine. I highly recommend this hotel and the associated restaurant.

The room was nicely decorated but it stopped there.

We arrived to the hotel in the early evening. The rude overweight receptionist showed us the room. It was very cold about 62 degrees Fahrenheit 16 Celsius. We asked to turn on the heat and she refused stating it was summer. No heat. We tried to turn on the towel rack, not working. We were promised use of the hot tub on the patio and she told us it was broken. It was empty and we paid extra for the hot tub. We froze all night under a thin blanket. We could hardly wait to leave the next morning. I am reaching out to American Express for a refund.

Wonderful spot and just a short walk to the walled city.The breakfasts were amazing and our special dining experience of the chefs six course meal was excellent.

Well presented hotel with lovely natural touches. Good location. Unique in many ways but felt comfortable and familiar too. Well behaved dogs welcomed and only €10 per night and free parking.

We loved everything about this place. Beautiful interior design, the little complimentary pastries, huge and delicious breakfast served in the room for no extra charge and, of course, the hot tub. Staff were friendly and really helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked beautiful. A bit off the beaten track so away from the hustle and bustle of the historic centre but within walking distance of it - best of both worlds for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. A ten minute walk from the ancient city , ideally located in a quiet area , secure off road parking . The room was comfortable and stylish and the outdoor terrace was amazing - large with hot tub . The reception staff met us as we got out of the car and showed us to the room . After explaining the features of the room , including the electronic blinds , she brought us a lovely welcome drink to have with the fruit , biscuits and chocolates that were waiting in the room . The little details and touches are what makes this hotel feel truly 5 star . Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice and again the staff were very attentive and friendly . Breakfast could be taken in the restaurant or in your room . We tried both . We ate at the 2 Star Michelin restaurant on one evening , which was a fantastic experience . The food and service were amazing and it was nice to meet Chef . A massive plus for us was this hotel is dog friendly and they welcomed our little dog .

Fantastic hotel. Very nice rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Very nice shower. Very nice patio and hot tub / jacuzzi. Convenient electric car charging with cables.

I can't think of anything. A little pricey, but okay.

Not able to have a simple meal.

Unfortunately only had one night at this beautiful hotel..clean with a relaxing hot tub , comfortable, 10 minute to walk into old town, and a fabulous breakfast delivered to your room

Well appointed with all the toiletries one needs and big shower. Very nice bed room with great outside sitting area attached. Friendly staff and many extra attentions to make you feel welcome and special. The breakfast was fantastic!

Beautiful, stylish, modern, comfortable, great location. Nice patio. The restaurant is off the charts amazing.

Not much, the shower is partially enclosed so there’s some unavoidable splashing, but that’s not uncommon in France.

Absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Le Parc possibly the best place we’ve ever stayed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was a junior suite with plenty of room and a large sitting area as well as an am balcony which we ate breakfast on every morning. The breakfast was plentiful and you order your own the evening before. Sheep yogurt with fruit was very tasty in fact everything about this hotel is first class. Definitely a place for special occasions as it’s not cheap however, it is worth every penny.

Great location for the old city.

Little wardrobe space, the air conditioner wasn’t very effective and so the room was very warm, would have liked a bar - there was nowhere in the hotel to get drinks or snacks other than the mini bar. The breakfast was amazing but, you had to order what you wanted the day prior. This lead to over ordering and food waste.

It is small, elegant, personal, friendly. Location, parking, all good. Great breakfast.

The jacuzzi on the terrace was a real plus to have in the cold winter after all that walking in town. It's long enough for a couple to stretch their legs completely. We received clementines and cannelé in our room upon arrival too. At first we thought that breakfast was a bit expensive, but it turns out that it really was very copious (we didn't realise you could choose not to check several boxes, so we checked them all...). So just be careful of this if you order in-room breakfast and don't want to waste food! The bread basket is massive!

There's nothing around the hotel so be prepared to drive to a restaurant if you're not eating at the hotel one.

I loved the room and the easy big parking lot in site. Staff was really nice.

We stayed here as a well located base for our trip to Carcassonne. 7 min walk up to castle area.Dinner at the restaurant (2 star Michelin) is a once in a lifetime memorable experience (the tasting menu). A joy & a thrill. Everything from food, service, room, every detail to perfection. Bedroom was large, stylish & comfortable, terrace, nespresso machine, welcome drink, fruit & small bites. Bikes available free of charge to explore Carcassonne. Gardens, great breakfast, top class staff.
