- Every minute at the Ritz is absolutely magnificent. Every staff member is as nice as they can be. Professional, personable, helpful.

- Every time I stay at this hotel, my nose runs & burns from the scent that they pump through the lobby. It could be a little less strong.
- Food quality was average, lots of kids running around in what he had expected to be an exclusive resort where we could quietly spend the weekend especially since we were paying over $1200 per night!
