Missed clean our room

The hotel is beautiful, a grand throwback to an earlier era of LA. Just walking around was a treat, the old ball room, the magnificent lobby, the Gallery bar. The stills of movies shot at the Biltmore are a fun decoration in the hallways and rooms. The pool was also a lovely, tiled beauty, if a tad murky. The room was surprisingly spacious, beds were comfortable, everything worked. Staff were very nice and accommodating when we got there early. The hotel is within walking distance of many interesting sites and delicious places to eat.

Because it is an older hotel, there have been many layers of paint over the years, so some of it was chipping, but that was a minor detail for us. The hotel is directly across from Pershing Square, which is a great alternative for parking, but there was a concert in the park one of the nights we stayed and it was very loud in our room.

Beauty of facilities, quiet, great staff, & wonderful lounge access.

Bathroom tiny, tiny, tiny. Light from hallway lit up entire room all night. Limited food due to restaurants closed. Pool water not warm despite saying heated and Jacuzzi not in service.

The room was clean and spacious. The lobby and main entrance was so nice to relax. We love the jazz concert on Thursday night. The coffee/bar area was so inviting and the staff was super nice. I love coming to this hotel, it has an European vibe.

I did not like the extra fee for the daily parking.

Beautiful hotel with a dry sauna, heated pool, and gym. Great location with easy access to local restaurants, grocery store, other entertainment, and public transit.

Cleanliness could use more attention as we entered the room with stray hairs from previous guests found around the room. Don’t expect modern facilities, as this is a historic building.

Changing the towels and making the beds was a great addition. The room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom needs renovation. The shower head has too high pressure so you can reach hot water. The age shows within the room though it’s impressive and how it has been maintained.

The rooms where clean and beds are comfortable. Great location especially if your planning on attending a Dodger game. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and every time it meets my expectations.

The hotel is in a great location for a DTLA visit. Parking was easy but expensive. The bed was comfortable, and we could request feather pillows, which were delivered promptly.

The executive room we were given was very noisy. Also, it did not have basic amenities such cups/glasses. The windows were absolutely filthy and there was hair in several places in the bathroom. I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly, helpful.

That the entrance was a bit hard.

Pool was too cold. Parking is weird and expensive. Beautiful hotel.
