The Biltmore Los Angeles

The lobby was great, had such fun exploring the hotel and the staff was lovely. Location was also good and room was quiet.

The bathroom was not very clean and you could see a build up of dirt in the door grate. Showerhead was not good. The parking garage was a mess for self parking.

The hotel employee dance was GREAT! HOWEVER, THE DANCE FLOOR WAS MUCH, MUCH TOO SMALL to accommodate the numbers of people in attendance--especially, because many people traveled from other areas to LA, to stay at the Biltmore TO DANCE NOT JUST LISTEN!

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is very polite and professional.

The bed was collapsed on one side. The WiFi was terrible and they offered a better WiFi for $10 more. The tv was locked and there was no way to play video games or stream through apps other than Netflix. The store on the property had little to offer.

When our first hotel rooms smelled of bleach they changed our room and for the inconvenience gave us an upgrade

Clean room!!! LA is a mess and it's amazing to go back to my room and not having to deal with mystery stains or smells. I'm antisocial and being able to just relax away from big city and people is a need.

The light in the hall of the room could use a dusting but honestly I have nothing to complain on.

Hard pillows uncomfortable bed thin walls. A couple started fighting at 5:30 in the morning and they were a few rooms away could hear the whole conversation

Beautiful lobby and decent location.

To call it a 4-star is a stretch. Rooms were average at best. Bathroom was tiny and had to go down the hall just use a microwave. $50 parking is nuts.

The hotel was historic and beautiful. Architecture, views and lobby and bar were stellar. Room was clean (shower was a little old but it had great pressure and hot water). Staff was fantastic and friendly, loved the lobby folks and the bartenders.

The lobby and respective areas and the fact that they still have classic bellmen who are kind, dressed well, and helpful! Hotel employee was really great!

The rooms are dated. I’m assuming the last remodel was done in the 1980s? Not sure. The bed was comfortable but there was also a lack of toiletries that didn’t help either.

It was very clean and quiet in the morning.

There was a concert outside the hotel that went unti 11:30 at night. It was very loud and impossible to sleep through. It was so loud that the concert could have been in my room. The window was so old I couldn’t lock it but it would of still let sound in.

Requested room to be serviced but was never done. Parking is $50-70 a day.

Outstanding classy old hotel. Lots of history. Stayed several times. Great experience.

Parking is a little ridiculous at $50 for overnight self parking. Two mediocre drinks in the hotel bar were $65 and included 20% gratuity. Not going to make that mistake again.

The shower pressure was actually amazing

I was told by front desk there was a ONE TIME parking fee of $15, then I check out to see I've been charged $50 each day I've been there for parking, front desk was rude about this when I brought it up

The hotel is beautiful and has an incredible history that I was not aware of before arriving there.

The bathtub did not drain properly so it backed up every time we showered. There was no microwave in the room. The refrigerator wasn’t secured so it slid around every time we opened and closed it.

Had to change rooms . TV was worked on 3 times. Internet wasn't strong enough is what they said.

This hotel is a historical landmark in Los Angeles and has been remarkably preserved.

The additional fee for parking was high. Didn't see that when I booked.

Very friendly. Lobby was beautiful. Cleaning service amazing.

Room bathroom was not the best. Tile had mold or was stained. Shower pressure fluctuations and the handle to control water temp was not accurate. Toilet wouldn't flush fully and required multiple flushes.
