The bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cookies were very good and the fact that there were gluten free cookies was a bonus. My daughter has to be gluten free.
The refrigerator did not work so our drinks were warm. The elevator ride was rough. There were wine glasses outside of our room door.

Clean rooms
I am chose this hotel because the website said there was a peloton bike in the fitness center, but both peloton bikes were not working. I asked a staff member for help and no one seemed to care.

This is THE BEST hotel in BloNo. Comfort, location, check in, app, staff, comfy beds. We have stayed at over 11 different BloNo hotels ~ Double Tree is hands down the fav!

Convenient location, easy parking and check-in

Location is great.
Very unresponsive staff. Requested clean towels and had to ask multiple times. Also asked for the room to be cleaned and the request was ignored. Upon checkout the front desk rudely pointed to the sign stating you must ask. Very poor experience.
