It’s clean and has a luxurious interior in the rooms nice bath tv and amenities

We would have liked a ground floor location

Friendly staff, comfortable bed

No… maybe a little bit more parking space, but that’s sort of a nit (we got back from a concert and had to park a bit far for our liking)

Their cookie is warm and wonderful. The room was cleaned every day (I stayed 5 days).

Warm cookies at check-in! Hot tub was nice.

Our room a/c was very noisy and rattled intermittently. Towels were old and scratchy.

The bed was comfortable! Staff nice.

The chairs were extremely uncomfortable! Very low to ground. I?m disabled and it was extremely hard to get out of. My husband did not like them either. Hard as I had to sit multiple times a day to treat my arthritic feet. I?m paying the price still

Clean room with comfortable beds and linens. Good blackout curtains. Nice to move from hotel to restaurant without going outside. Excellent restaurant staff and service.

I reserved a king size bed and paid for but ended up with queen size.

Very unresponsive staff. Requested clean towels and had to ask multiple times. Also asked for the room to be cleaned and the request was ignored. Upon checkout the front desk rudely pointed to the sign stating you must ask. Very poor experience.

The staff were welcoming, polite and responding to our needs with such respect and kindness. Also, the restaurant staff was efficient and hard working. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to return soon just to shop, excellent location

Limited parking because it is a very busy hotel because of the sports in the area.

The pool needed a bit more attention (no towels and too many people), but the kids didn¿t complain.

I enjoyed the hotels location being close to restaurants and the city of Bloomington where we were taking a college tour. The free breakfast buffet was very good and well staffed. Bedding was plush and super comfortable.

We were put in an adjoining room on the 3rd floor and we could hear every word he spoke, cough and sniff through the poorly insulated connecting door. Highly recommend this hotel figure out a way to fix this issue for future guests.
