Very pleasant, perfect for a short trip to visit Bruges.
The building was very nice. The location was excellent.
Staff were helpful.
Car parking was easy and well secured.
There were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.
The Laminate floor was fitted on top of a poor subfloor so it moved and creaked a lot when you walked on it. With 2 small children, we were constantly in fear of our noise disturbing other guests.
Overall, these small issues did not damage our positive opinion of the hotel.

Very good
Location is very good, the house is old and fabulous outside while inside is quite modern and interesting, especially stairway. Breakfast is satisfactory, canal view is great!

Great location and great staff.
Booked very last minute but will certainly use again. Great service and allocation of room for older member of the travelling party with mobility issues.
