The cleanliness of the room. The staff are friendly, and check-in was painless.
The walls are very thin, the hotel it self is great, but I have some noisy neighbors.

The location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful
The seal on the shower floor was broken and the water kept spilling out all over the bathroom. Maintenance tried twice to fix it but it didn't work. I was very concerned that my elderly parents might slip and fall on the wet floor.

Location was great .hotel is clean and exactly what you see on the website. Customer service is excellent. On the beach ,pool and hot tub a plus.

Location is great
It was not clean! Housekeeping came in to service the room and never once all week swept or vacuumed the floor. Had to ask for fresh towels and coffee for the room after it was serviced.

I love being close to the beach and having a balcony at the room with ocean views. Front desk (Eva, Andrej, and the pretty African American young lady--I meant to get her name before we left--and both Concierge staff were pleasant, friendly, easy to approach, and absolutely ready to assist, providing thorough responses to questions. The room and stay were fabulous for post-cruise relaxation and reflection moments. Wished we would've booked a longer stay to experience all of the hotel's and beach amenities, and experience the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.There were two mishaps during lunch (mentioned below), but they were not enough to deter future stays at this hotel. All of the other staff we encountered were FABULOUS!
For the prices of meals, I was a little disappointed in the quality and tastes of food. Most resorts I've experienced have over-the-top delicious food; most memorable for any meal during the stay. The chicken pita and wings were good, but the Philly cheese steak sandwich that my friend ordered had very little meat, which was dry, in the bun, not tasty. The wait staff (a Russian woman) seemed afraid to go back to the Chef to request more meat on the bun, stating, "Oh no, I can't go back and tell the Chef that," indicating the Chef is temperamental by her refusal (seemingly out of fear) to address the matter.Another friend who was looking forward to having breakfast was told by the same waitress that breakfast was no longer being served; however, a couple who came after us about 5 to 10 minutes was able to order breakfast. Although we could've requested a manager or to speak with the chef directly, we didn't push these matters further, realizing everyone needs their jobs in this economy and there was other non-breakfast food available on the menu. But, there's something to be said when wait staff is unwilling, unable or afraid to notify the Chef of a correction to a food matter or tells one table of guests that breakfast is no longer served, but allows another guest seated about 5-10 minutes later to order it, which is why it's mentioned here. Because of these two matters, we decided not to have dinner or more meals at the hotel during our stay.

It was a nice hotel and a nice location
The power kept going out didn't have power at all one day every other hotel had power. There was fighting by the pool kids coming to the pool that wasn't staying there covered in sand jumping in the pool.
