Breakfast was decent and location to all major sites was great. Rooms were pretty clean.

The water pressure was low and did not get hot. Some of the hallways had an odor to them.

Close to restaurants and easy access to amenities. We did not eat breakfast because it was crowded.

Great hotel rooms very huge, comfy beds, room clean, love this place, will stay again.

The only thing I don't like so much was too many people at the breakfast, but everything else was ok. I think is much better to assign hours per floor.

The bed was comfortable, and room was perfectly clean and spacious. The stunning Lake view was a highlight, and the Game Room for the kids was excellent.

Unfortunately, there were several areas where the hotel did not meet expectations, leading to the overall feeling that it is overpriced for its current condition.The primary concern is the hotel's age and condition. While it is evident there has been some remodeling, the hotel still feels old, and the quality of the renovations is "so-so." The pictures available online appear to have been taken by a professional photographer, which created an inaccurate impression of the property's true state.We also found the check-in policy to be inconvenient. A standard 4:00 PM check-in is simply too late. Furthermore, the offer to pay an additional fee to have an early check-in, was a point of frustration.The breakfast experience was also quite poor for several reasons: The hours are too restrictive, ending at 9:30 AM even on weekends. The breakfast area is significantly too small to accommodate the hotel's capacity, making it feel overcrowded. Guests are not allowed to bring food out of the space. Once seated, a pre-recorded announcement is broadcast reminding guests to vacate their tables quickly. This created an unpleasant, pressured experience and made it impossible to relax and enjoy the meal.Finally, the functionality of the vending machines on the property was an issue. Some machines did not work properly, and the hotel has a policy stating they are not responsible if a machine takes your money. This refusal to reimburse guests for non-functioning equipment is an unacceptable business practice.

Excelent service from the staff, delicious breakfast, it was always clean, we had everything we needed it was the perfect stay, it was a safe place, good location, great price, definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Breakfast service times could be available for longer maybe from 6 am to 10 am due that many people is tired from touring all day but it was perfect, can't complain

Excellent accommodations. This is my third stay at this hotel, and I always want to return whenever I'm in Orlando. The space is clean, pleasant, and cozy. All the staff are very attentive and welcoming. The leisure area and breakfast are like nothing I'd ever expected in the area. I love this place.

Needed a place to stay last minute and this was an affordable option. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, everything was clean and recently renovated, relatively quiet in the hallways.

As with most hotels, the walls aren’t soundproof - one of us was awoken at 5am by a neighboring guest’s alarm that went off for 15 solid minutes. Also, the fridge was leaking our first night until we realized it wasn’t plugged in all the way.

The unexpected expensive resort fee. I figured that by booking through booking.com that all the expenses have been covered but upon check in I was told to pay an unexpected resort fee.
