The Tillary Hotel

The AC rocks. And the shower wasn’t bad just odd since the glass doesn’t move getting water everywhere

The hotel in general was in poor repair. Our room also smelled like actual garbage and must (which makes sense since there was a nasty wad of wet towels left under our sink in the vanity).

Pungent odor, worn-out mattress, the bathroom has an open windowless space that opens into the room. No privacy.

It felt tired. Scuffed wood. The cafe was not open on time and there when the door was open, no one was working. Desk Staff were perfunctory but not incredibly welcoming.

The staff were extremely rude. I have travelled and stayed all over the world and the reception staff were the rudest I have ever encountered. They need to learn some basic manners and Customer service.

The location was great for all I had to handle.

When I was over charged for my room I instantly got it back.

The price was ridiculous for the size of the room the beds were uncomfortable, there was a draft coming from the window the made sleeping unbearable I was charged twice for my stay cause it seems as though the staff didn’t know what they were doing the amenities where oddly placed such as the fridge being in the closet and if you had to warm anything up you would have to leave your room and go to the lobby for the microwave.

Didn’t get to stay so didn’t get to experience it

When I arrived I was told my reservation was canceled. They rebooked me elsewhere with no notification from the hotel or its staff. I had no idea my reservation was canceled until I walked in to the front desk. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous on valentines weekend. At the point they knew my reservation was canceled they should’ve reached out earlier in the day and I would have made arrangements to get to the other hotel instead of wasting a ride and money to get to a hotel I couldn’t stay in!

Wish it had been closer to a subway stop.

Nice modern reception area

Staff weren’t overly friendly on check-in. There was no bar or cafe open at all and none within walking distance really. Parking was expensive in a dingy garage around the corner.

Alittle issue with the heating

We experienced some issues with the room allocation during our stay, as the room type initially provided did not fully match our booking. However, the hotel handled the situation well and made efforts to support us. We especially want to highlight the excellent assistance and professionalism of Estefany Sanchez, who was very helpful, attentive, and committed to resolving the situation. Thanks to her support, the experience improved significantly.

left retainers behind. WOuld have been nice if housekeeping kept them 1 day, also rented 3 rooms but they were not together

My main complaint was the shower glass not being long enough so water always got all over the floor. Messy and wasteful on towels. Other then that nice room and bathroom

Location was ideal for the event I was having.

Limited parking, the rooms were much smaller then it appeared on the website, elevator was slow leading me to take the stairs a lot.

Great location

Dirty lobby, no soap or toilet paper in public area bathrooms. No conditioner in bedroom no toilet paper back up in the bedroom. Hallways aren’t vacuumed.
