- The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly.
Cons -
- It felt tired. Scuffed wood. The cafe was not open on time and there when the door was open, no one was working. Desk Staff were perfunctory but not incredibly welcoming.
- Requested a fan because it was hot. Was told they don't do any service for rooms after 11pm.they said they had fans but they didn't know where the fans were.
- Getting ice was a challenging as had to wait for it to be brought to the room which took too long. no complimentary breakfast or drinks as other major hotels in other cities. Parking also a challenge and the price charged by the hotel was unreasonable
