My family was in Orlando for ASW. Very convenient, easy access to the convention center. Pool was amazing. Staff were attentive and very friendly. I will definitely stay again and recommend.

The location of this hotel is great, the rooms were very clean, and there are lots of dining options in house
Jeff is by far the rudest front desk employee I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Anywhere. I hope it was just a bad day and that isn’t how you actually want your hotel to be represented. The air conditioner in my room did not work at all, and it was hot. After two stops at the front desk to report it, nobody ever came to fix it, and I wasn’t offered a different room. Sad.

Nice and specious Rooms, clean and comfortable. I love the Variety of restaurants to choose from in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was very basic, nothing special, and the service was quick and attentive.
