- Staff was very accomodating, polite and knowledgeable.Facilities were very nice.
- The service was incredible! Everybody was so helpful and so nice! The pool is beautiful and the rooms and bed were so comfortable and clean! loved our stay there!
- Close proximity to the beach
Cons -
- Pool chair availability. The pool was crowded during our stay and therefore there were very long waits for chairs.
- I really don't have any complaints
- We checked in late due to traffic condition on the highway. When we arrived, it was around 8pm. The check-in staff informed us that we can NOT have a late check-out that day. And check out time was 11am. We literally went there for just for sleeping period. This was misleading that we weren’t informed about the check about the checkout time. Booking.com should refund a portion of the stay!!!
