Clean and good food

Close to beach, decent food and all inc beer.

Terrible all inc spirits, nothing branded at all. Restaurant poorly managed with couples at tables for 4 etc.

Some equipment in the room was a bit worn down and needs refurbishing. Particularly bathrooms.

The rooms need a little bit of updating and the air-conditioning was not working they don't turn it on until June it should be on all year round

Lovely hotel in great location.We're all inclusive and food choice was very good.

Probably need a few more sun loungers as struggled to get one unless you left towel out on lounger in the morning.

Choice for breakfast was very good, lovely choice of fruit and fresh breads

The Dining Room area felt cold at Dinner time in the evening/night time, though it was very pleasant for breakfast and lunch when the sun was shining.

we spend one week here, was really nice, location is perfect, food was amazing they have many option for food, our room was clean and quiet

I wasn't really happy with the staff on the reception, they not friendly at all, they wasn't nice with us, other staff in the hotel are nice and friendly

Hotel and room was clean, staff were very friendly and polite, the bar was perfect, pool area very clean and tidy.

The food was cold every time we went to eat, the coffee machines all out of milk at the same time most mornings. Ended up only eating breakfast as lunch and dinner we both cold.

This is our second year at Sol Lanzarote. It’s just such a lovely clean place so close to the beach. The rooms are a good size and cleaned every day.We enjoyed the food and drinks. The entertainment is great for kids and i thought the adult entertainment was good. I loved the water aerobics.

Food was never hot. Wine glasses should be available in the bar area before 6pm. Drinking out of plastic cups is horrible.

Staff were very friendly. Room was very nice and spacious, place kept clean. Direct access to the beach and promenade.

The food was pretty poor, noisy at night from on-site entertainment. Some of the facilities are shabby enough including the entrance to the property.

Great food, amazing seafood options, well thought out menus. Staff were simply amazing. Superb location, right next to the beach.

Lounge areas cold and draughty, not enough comfy seats.

My daughter and I stayed here in November 2024. We had such a lovely time we didn't want to come home. We are defiantly coming back this year. Everything was just amazing. Nothing too big for the staff and the entertain crew was fabulous and very friendly.

Very few vegetarian options, especially during new year eve dinner.Only one kids pool was heated and limited our use for swimming & was overcrowded.Limited sunbed, management should find a solution eg token based slots or something similar.

Hotel was directly across the road to the beach which was great, all inclusive food choice was very good and great quality, the snack/bar area was lovely, very comfortable and great view. lovely for walkers and cyclists.

The bathroom was a let down, shower in bath , very little pressure and had to have a cold shower at 7 am morning we were leaving, also a stale smell in the room, it could also do with being redecorated. I didn’t like having to drink our drinks out of plastic cups at the bar.the adult entertainment at night was very poor?but the entertainment team during the day were excellent

Great hotel with fantastic location.Food varied and staff all excellent.Drinks were great .Highly recommend.
