- Charged false charges for "telecomm" when I didn't use the internet, TV, or the room phone (which did not work). Charged for parking, when parking was free and plentiful.Outdoor temperature was 30F, the room was blasting air conditioning, temperature control did not work, even after a visit from engineering. Room was freezing the entire night. No extra blankets provided. Used every blanket from both beds, wore all my clothes, and still spent the night freezing.

Location was fine. Friendly staff.
Other guests were very noisy. Very small refrigerator in room, no microwave, bathroom too small, toilet was in the way of the sink. And obvoisly floor wasn't vacuumed as I found m&ms on the floor in the room.
