Pros +

  • Friendly desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms in great location with Starbucks on the property at an affordable rate. Restaurant choices, gym and pool were also nice.
  • Bed was comfortable and shower worked well.
  • The location was wonderful.

Cons -

  • First we were put in a handicap room. Then we had a drink at the bar one night and charged it to our room. At check out I requested a printed receipt and charge to my room was $18. More that I signed for the night before. The front desk was not helpful.
  • No microwave in the rooms.
  • The wifi was not working and I recalled why we haven't stayed there in 2 years because last time I had the same issue; and I need good wifi for work. Also, there was a significant dirt and black mold presence in the drink cooler next to the coffee shop.

The location was wonderful.
Yes, the tub was dripping water and the worst part was that the door to the balcony leaked air BADLY!! This is a terrible waste of energy. We put a pillow up against the bottom of the door and the drapes at night blocked some of the cold air.
