  • All the food and shopping options around the hotel made it super convenient to stay at. The amenities were very nice too!
  • Staff effort uncompromising!
  • It?s clean and in a generally safe area and so close to little Tokyo.

Cons -

  • Bathroom cleanliness below level of hotel staffers efforts.
  • Valet is expensive
  • They charge me extra because they say someone was smoking in the room which is not true and the stuff didn?t gave me a solution
