The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when we needed anything.

It was a bit out of the the way but so were the other hotels we were contemplating. It was very easy to get a taxi to go where we wanted to go.

Amazing Rooftop Area with, Pool, Jacuzzi a Bar and when I was there even a DJ. They Drinks ? where good so my both Phones fall into the Jacuzzi ? so 5*

Wonderful location, near to airport and downtown. Beautiful ambience, helpful staff.

What was tres terrible was that francais was dominant. Most of the workers dud not or knew very, very little english.

The location was isolated. If you haven't got a vehicle you will need a taxi to go anywhere. 25 min walk to nearest shop

check in went smoothly. Clerks spoke English. Room was large with a view. Restaurant and bar on premises. Infinety pool was nice. On weekends offer a nice breakfast buffet.

Could hear the highway noise from our room. Some of the wait staff did not speak English which was difficult.

The pool didn't have any safety signs as to the depth of it, and the taxi driver that the staff called for us the both times was very dishonest

got a room at the first floor, very nice parking view.cleaners entered the room at 9am with their keys 10 seconds after knocking, maybe they wanted to see my ass on the shower.talking about bathroom, horrible design, plenty of water goes on the floor while showering, which stays there 24/24 because there is no evacuation.we ate at the restaurant on the 8th floor, where a woman in a white shirt got angry when we said we will share the menu because we were not hungry. she even removed one fork and knive, improving the sharing experience.on my side of the bed I had the choice to have 1 lamp already plugged, or my usb-c charger to charge my phone. not both, I mean who expect to charge a phone with lights on.we took this hotel before taking the plane back at FDF, without car by foot it is impossible to move except if you want to die. 1 hour walk just to go on the other side of the highway. And finally, taxi to the airport 30euro.

The location of this hotel is excellent! Right in Fort-de-France, so close to shopping, restaurants, bars etc., as well as easy access to the main highways so you can get out of the city and tour around the island. The breakfast selection was very good.

The bathroom was VERY small and the shower ever smaller! The entire bathroom got wet when you had a shower. There were no hand towels or wash towels, only bath towels. You got 1 bottle of water on arrival, then had to buy water from the mini bar or the restaurant.

The staff was ever-helpful, from checking in to the deparute. Breakfast was better than average, with good selection. Very good overall experience.

The room nay have been a bit cleaner. Nothing to raise a complaint, though. Also, location may be somewhat questionable, depending on the mission and plans. It did not play a significant role to my family.

The bed was very comfortable.

The fact that the staff were on strike, so when I checked in there was nowhere to take a drink, and the kitchen was closed, forcing me to go elsewhere!

Room was not really clean (stains in the bathroom) and looks kinda old.The sound insulation was really bad : during the night it felt like people in the corridor were actually in my room

easy location to go the airport

busy highway in front, a very few reataurants in the area only with limited choice at the restaurant of the hotel; taxi arranged by the hotel to the airport was a scam: asking €60 for a 10min ride, whereby the day before we came from Marin with a taxi using the meter charging only €90 for a 55min ride including luggage surcharge all and all no value for money at this hotel

It was easy to move around, good food, very comfortable, very friendly staff. Sherma the receptionist had very excellent service and went above and beyond.
