GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel

Pros +

• Breakfast was excellent, staff let us check in 2 hours early
• Emily at the front desk should be given a raise. That girl covers every position and does it with a smile. She is a joy to work with. Truly hard to find the work ethic she encompasses.
• Great location and easy parking. Fantastic rooms with separate bedroom. Very comfortable. Convenient breakfast for on the go. Stayed for a work visit and felt at home.

Cons -

• The bed was dirty, the sheets wasn't washed the room itself stunk like water damage and mold, not good
• *The ground are filthy. *Trying not to bother the staff for quarters to do laundry as im always made to feel like a problem I tryed making chsnge with a $20 in the vending machine, needless to say i shkt myself in thd foot... it robbed me of $10.80 and another $1.00 another time. After well over a month, speaking to 3 different staff members one of which is the gm. I still have not gotten it back. *ANOTHER GREAT MOMENT ...I was cornered in the laundry room by a guest as he proceeded to talk about his male parts. Very disturbing. NO CAMERAS WHERE THERE SHOULD BE.* I found it Very difficult to get towels or bedding. *I fell in the back parking lot on the ice. I notified the GM of my fall so it would get salted preventing anyone else from getting hurt. This was about 3 weeks ago and i still an in alot of pain. Not the kind of person to run to the dr or sue anyone but im thinking i should for my own over all well being. Especially since it never did get salted or any type of apology or concern.
