Friendly staff

There was old food in the fridge there were blood stains on the sheets in the tool out bed disgusting

Rude front desk employee, clogged toilet from faulty toilet, deteriorating bath tub, didn't have advertised breakfast items

It was clean and quiet

Broken sofa bed that took a while to fix. There were only 2 of us so it just needed to be put back together even tho it was broken. Our room was on the ?do not use? list

Pots and pans not all there in rooms....no blanket for pull out bed

The TV didn't work at all, there was blood on the bed, and went i told them about it when i was checking out the didn't offer any discount, so i paid for a service that i didn't received. Won't ever go back there in

It was quiet!!! Love having the rooms separated and the ice maker was a GREAT bonus!!!

The room was very clean; the lobby was inviting; the staff was helpful & kind. The pool area was pleasant & the water was warm! The breakfast had good selections; the hallways were quiet. The room had a great, homey feel with good decor & a nice bathroom.

The carpet in the room was dated, and there was a stain on the mattress of the sofa bed, but the rest of it was nice.

The sheets for the sofa bed had a large rip in it., the toilet ran most of the night and when the fridge would kick on it was very loud. May not have been so noticeable for person in the bedroom, I was on the sofa bed.

Simply put, this is the best "mid-class" hotel I have stayed in. It is not the Hilton, but it does not cost like the Hilton. I will always stay here on every trip to St cloud.

Breakfast

Hotel is in a bad part of town. The key to the door from the outside does not work so you have to go all the way around the building. I woke up with BED BUG BITES from room 108. I showed the hotel staff at checkout as well as had it confirmed by a doctor.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Close to several restaurants.

Having a separate kitchen/living room and bedroom was nice. We enjoyed being able to do a home cooked meal since we had been on the road for 28 days at this point.

No propane in the BBQ and it did not sound like anyone had any plans to replace the tank anytime soon!

Easy And early checki-in. Very friendly and helpful staff and loved the free daily breakfast. Excellent location to all of downtown activities and SCSU campus

The staff was nice.

The room it's self was small. The pool was small. There was no towels in the pool area.

Clean, comfortable, simple, mostly quiet ('cept when we were trying to get to bed early one night, our room was right next to the pool, which is open until 11PM). The staff was outstanding, extremely helpful and kind.

Price was a bit much, though they are "residential suites", but for a place to stay for a couple of days, it's not worth it unless you're desperate for a room (which we were).

Clean. Room had kitchen and all the amenities were present. Separated room and living room was superb. Furniture was excellent. And it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Pool size. Hot tub size. No oven with kitchen(but honestly a kitchen in it self is above and beyond)
