Hyatt Palm Springs

Beautiful hotel.. The room was very clean. The location was right off the street so it was easy to get to other locations. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing Loved Everything.

The location couldn't get any better. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the staff were awesome.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like, except maybe that there wasn't a microwave.

I have a 7yr old with down syndrome and autism. My daughter found a pill under the bed upon arrival.

The snack facility is extremely expensive. Two bags of chips for 15.00 dollars?

The rooms smell old and the carpet and furniture needs deep cleaning, Air conditioning was very loud

Large rooms with great views. Excellent location, walkable to food and bars. No chairs in balcony, shower water lukewarm and decor is dated. The jacuzzi was being repaired.

The hotel was trash, the rooms were dirty, we had to change rooms because the of the mold /mildew smellThere were stains on the towels and sheets, the room was dirty and the chairs and couch were dirty and gross

We were able to check-in early and to use the pool on our arrival day. The room was very spacious, well furnished and with a nice balcony. Choose the option with breakfast included, you get a dish and a beverage from the restaurant and the food is fresh and well prepared.

The location is really good. Very close to everything!

The first day they put us in a room where we had to hit the shower handle really hard to turn the water on! And the tub was clogging so we requested a new room but the service was bad.

The location was great. We loved our balcony view of the downtown area. The Staff were great and very friendly. The underground parking is ideal and very well lit.

The a/c in our room was a bit noisy when it would turn on/off. It also didn't seem to have good air flow to the "living room" area. The water drainage in the shower was a bit slow. Remote in bedroom did not work had to take one from living room.
