Location is great to the local spots

Checked in at 9pm, front desk said bar and food are open til 10pm, put my bags in room, came back down, bartender asked if I wanted a drink, sure and a menu, he said kitchen is closed already, it was 9:10pm So I left

Staff was pleasant and professional. Hotel employee checked me in early as a courtesy which was super nice.

Wish they had iPhone charging magnets in the room.

Great location in Downtown Palm Springs. Available street parking .

we had a great stay, nice big room that felt like 2 rooms. pool was small, would not recommend for a family with kids wants to be poolside for hours.

That the security in the parking garage was able to find the person that did a hit and run on my car

Stains everywhere in the room, really old furniture, dirty room overall, leaking fire sprinklers, when i mentioned this to the front desk at check out they told me i shouldve said something before hand, i just didnt want to make it a big deal

Pool was not 84 degrees as advertised, hot tub was under repair and closed, paid for mountain view and received a view of a tall hedge on the golf course, asked for a higher floor and they said no on a Sunday to Tuesday trip.

The staff was extremely rude. Had to move rooms 3 times because ac didn?t work and then they asked me if I could move the roll away bed to the new room. Kind of weird

Front staff at check in was rude, felt as if there were doing us a favor by letting us stay at the Hotel. Room was worn. Mattress was horrible Sheets were dirty, had to let Front staff know and get them changed It took over 3 hours . No hand towels

Toilets not flushing properly, drains clogged, refrigerator thermostat not functioning, lighting too dim in roo, power outlets in need of upgrade

The AC was not functioning properly. Though they sent someone to fix it and made it somewhat better

Furnishings, carpet and most of interior are totally inferior and in dire need of replacement. This hotel seems in need of a complete renovation. No writing implements or paper which would be fine if there was more than 1 source of electronic charging

Checking in

floor was under construction. There was a bug on the wall and another one on the desk. towels smelled funky. furnitureble was bad. Dirt under all the glass tops. the main elevator would not call to my floor. The second bed also had a brown stain on it.

Location is the best feature. Price was very fair. At check in we were met by Oscar, and he was very friendly, and professional. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Housekeeping person was very helpful.

This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. We stayed in room 306. Very in need of updating. Bathroom sink was cracked, faucets were corroded and leaked. Patio chairs were old and breaking apart and did not have cushions. We had plumbing issues day one.

The hotel has a great location

Hotel is tired and shabby. Room had water damage on walls and ceilings. Wall paper was peeling, curtains were tattered, furniture was banged up, faded and stained. Bathtub faucet was in disrepair, lamps rusted, mold on vents, room was too warm

Location, great views from my room, spacious room

Pool area very limited, food options/ room service or Starbucks drive and faster service/ food was good only I used to go the resorts in indian wells and there is more options.

Location is central in Down Town Palm Springs

The hospitality staff (Front Desk) upon check-in could be more warm and welcoming. We were just treated like a transaction.
