My room was clean & roomy & very comfortable bed
The breakfast area is too cramped for the number of peopleThe bed was too high for me to get in comfortably

The hotel is in a very convenient location, easy to access and close enough to Miami. It was great to have parking available. We had a big family and the room was the perfect size.
The place does not have the cleanliness that I expect from a Hampton Inn. The room was not attended every day. The AC was malfunctioning.

Great location close to airport. Even though it is located on a busy road our room was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we extended our stay another night. King suite was very spacious and it was nice to have a kitchen. Bed was comfortable.
No hooks in bathroom areas to hang towels.

Everything was great. Location is excellent, multiple food options, and stores within walking distance. The Breakfast had many options for all ages (travelled with 14 year old and 21 month infant). Staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked the area the hotel is located in. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
Guests should be told that incidentals have to be paid upon check in. The amount of incidentals should also be posted on website and when payment is made to reserve the room. Bathrooms need to be renovated. A safe for valuables need to be installed in room. Trolleys for luggage need to be upgraded.

I like the facilities, and the location
The cleaning in general after the breakfast the elevators are so dirtyAnd in the room they just change the towels, but didn’t vacuum, and in the freezer it was somewhat rusty

Location is perfect. The breakfast was good as usual. The staff was pleasant as always. One of my favorite spots.
Pay close attention to the carpet on the hallways to the rooms. On Level Two, it needed to be vacuumed properly. It stood out to me immediately. It was a turn-off to me being a hotelier.
