- - clean room, comfortable beds, gaming room is great with kids- food is great but the restaurant understaffed
- The views from this location were remarkable! The staff, every single one of them, were unbelievably amazing! Sarah was very welcoming when we arrived!

- - no room service (and 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 person for 4 days cannot be enough) - you need to reserve a table for dinner in advance or get the off hours and there is really nothing else around to go for dinner- they say on their homepage that they are the optimal place to stay when skiing gore mountain but do not offer a shuttle nor do they have a room for skiing equipment- breakfast starts at 8am but skiing lessons for kids at gore mountain do at 9 am. Manageable but tough when you want to do both.
