Fabulous location with superb views. Very quiet also.
Stayed in villa 6 overlooking the beach which was fabulous.
Bedroom was a little small.

great location near the beach & enjoyed girls trip
location to beach, shower was hot, available parking, flowers were pretty, close to grocery store, tv worked, clean towels.
no room service (4 night stay), no microwave in room, room keys would stop working randomly & asked for new keys daily, ice machine ran out of ice

Exceptional
just to clarify, this used to be the Holiday Inn Laguna Beach, but is now an extension of 14 West. I saw the other 14 west and I personally prefer the look of this hotel and it is very close to the beach. The rooms were quiet cozy, meaning pretty packed but still enough room to enjoy having two girls have their makeup, hair products, clothes, drinks and food out. the best part was the staff-- so kind and friendly, very accommodating, allowed us to check in early for a small fee (a life saver for what we had planned). Again, such kind staff which makes me want to return here on other occasions for work and with family.
