Hotel Burbank

This hotel first of all is centrally located and what is called downtown Burbank. My children and I drive down to Universal Studios Hollywood one the two times a year. You’re literally a 15 to 20 minute drive from Universal City.

Yes, I was not able to sleep in the middle of the night somebody smoked weed at the other room

the room need to be provided with a pen and small note taking pappers . The Holly Bible was missing in that room.

my kids and I always feel like the staff go out of there way for us. "Example " After a long day of visiting Universal Studios Hollywood, we like to go swimming. And the staff is very accommodating with allowing us a little extra time.

I felt the rooms need a bit of an overhaul mainly the rugs and the sink

Very clean and quiet.

The Air conditioning didn’t work properly initially, but then kicked on.

Parking, location and safe area

AC is outdated and does not cool efficiently. The rugs are old and the shower valves need to be updated. Overall older hotel compared to Cambria which is new/updated.

The hotel food was very good, the price was not bad for the convenience.

The bed was quite firm, pretty sore after the first night. The second night was better after I switched pillows.

The hotel is very kid, friendly and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants

I did not like the fact that they ran my card. They ran for the whole amount right off the bat, and it came out more than what was quoted to me online.

Close to my niece. Close to movies. Good restaurant

The chair was worn on the front edge pretty badly. It was okay, but I would replace it.

Hotel need remodeling, change carpet, sink, appliances and needs brighter color.

Except for Microwave and TV everything else was either old or non-functioning

It was itchy on bed and floor. No shampoo. I can see hair in the bathroom.

The location was amazing. We spent the day at Universal and had a tour of Disney Studios the next day. The concierge at night was very friendly, and he helped us get our room really quickly. He was very welcoming a great conversationalist.

They charged me a bigger price for the room. When I asked to clarify the reason for it, a very polite staff member provided the answer that clearly made no sense, stating that $22 parking per day, came with over $25 sales tax for each day.

I had to make 3 calls before they brought me coffee packet refills.

Two times I walked to the front desk and the staff walked away. The shower drain wasn't working properly. Water would fill up and drain very slowly.

Staff was incredibly rude. Booked a king suite for my anniversary and was treated like garbage. No dishes or utensils in the suite. Very basic cable, broken remote and furniture. Was put on hold by staff and told to ¿ go to the cafe to get dishes¿.

Hotel Burbanks employees were all very polite, well mannered, and had excellent customer service.

The lobby, pool area, & restaurant area looks GREAT but the rooms needs cosmetic updates like new carpet, paint/wallpaper

The hotel was convenient to the Burbank airport. Also liked that they provided airport shuttle service and late check out.

It was difficult getting the shuttle when we first arrived as was hold for almost an hour. When arrived at hotel to check-in, didn¿t have my reservation at first and received nothing but attitude from the clerk. The other staff was great minus our clerk
