Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport

The staff was rude at front desk. Room was dirty and beds were too small for two people to sleep.

It was quiet

It smelled like someone had smoked a pound of weed and half a box of cigars in our room. Parking was horrible and still cost $30 a night which we didn’t find out until we arrived.

It was clean & the staff was very nice!

It was convenient for my sister and I to attend the convention at the Marriott convention center. We had a blast playing the corn hole game with our friends and just relaxing by the pool.

One side of the Hotel smelled like cat pee every time we walked through the main lobby.

I had to evacuate under orders because of the Eaton fire. At nearly $300, I felt I was gouged for what felt like a tired mediocre hotel room. But I had no choice, others were full. Not very kind. San Diego was humanitarian

1st room they gave us was only 1/2 cleaned but then they upgraded us to a better room that was clean & spacious.

The Location, Daily Grill restaurant. staff was helpful and interested /sympathetic in our travel nightmare story. They were very helpful and courteous with my husband who has Parkinson?s disease. Especially the man who stored my husband mobility scooter

Room could use more and better amenities. I don?t think it was set up for a couple. and better coffee

Love the complementary shuttle to Universal Studios. Location was convenient to Burbank airport and Universal Studios.

Hotel is somewhat dated with dirty/worn carpet.

Large rooms with plenty of space to work. Everything is modern and updated. Fun outdoor bar with food and a pool close by. Free shuttle to the airport anytime it's needed.

My tv didn¿t work properly, no decent food options/snacks to grab after pool closed. My kids were starving. More snack option would be great. Overall, really great experience.

No full room service without asking. No pleasant view. Blanket was not clean.

Walked into our room very excited, high expectations as rest of hotel was nice was extremely disappointed to see bed looked like it had been slept in. Asked for another room, was given a candy bar and smaller room.

I wish it had breakfast. The room was a little small. They put us in the cheap building. It was a little segregated with two different price point. This made me feel cheap.

The ambiance, the proximity close to the Burbank airport and to Hollywood universal studios and everything else that is freeway friendly right from the start excellent choice!
