The heat was on constantly, could not be turned off. This is something that should have been fixed. Not, here is a fan that barely works and open your windows. If we do come back it will be because of the great location.

Super clean and convenient. The room was nice and cool and just an overall great experience.

Wonderful hotel in a nice location. Excellent value. I found the breakfast to be an extra bonus I did not expect. It is European and not English (eggs and meats) and the coffee was especially good.

Very minor, but the carpet in the elevator needs replacing to meet the decor of the rest of the hotel.

It is centrally located near many viewing sites like museums and other points of interest.

The hotel has lost much of its charm from when we went years ago. In the past they served cookies in the afternoon in their lobby, that is gone. Their free breakfast has much to be desired. The staff seemed like they did not care.

Location for a visit to Longwood Gardens. Price. Cleanliness.

The room was clean and the bed was an attractive upgrade from a normal hotel bed. Very quiet setting.

There was a funny smell in the hotel lobby and hallway, but our room smelled fine, so not a big deal.

This hotel has SO much charm . We truly enjoyed our visit. The staff was great. The amenities were plentiful; inclu. options to purchase wine - from front desk. We stayed in the King Spa suite and it was worth every penny. Comfortable and spacious

Loved the location and the charm of the room decor.

Walls were so thin we literally heard the people in the next room rolling over in bed as well as everything else going on in their room all night. So loud. No sleep!

Location to Longwood Garden

Breakfast was bread items no eggs /meats ..the bed was way to firm..hairdryer didn't work well ..ac did not work ..parking is tough small lot..staff was not really friendly or outgoing..the room doors make loud kaboom sounds woke us up twice ..

We enjoyed the convenience to Longwood Gardens. The breakfast was just what we needed to start off our day.

It was an extremely warm fall day. Our room was very hot and stuffy. We were told to "fiddle with the thermostat" to get the AC to work. We waited but nothing changed. They graciously offered to move us. That room was much cooler.

I loved how it felt like a B&B but had the privacy of a hotel. The decor was dated but it added to the charm for the most part. The fireplace and tub were wonderful and even had candles. The breakfast was decent for a free meal. I would stay again.

There were a few things like the soap dish & tub that had marks/chips in them but overall, the unit and building was in good shape, just dated a little. The waffle maker gave us trouble at breakfast, & no micro/coffee in the room but the fridge was useful

The sweet character, the location, the decorations.

The pillows are lumpy, and the beds need upgrading.

It was a charming place to stay. We were served a lovely breakfast. The room was very pretty and comfortable

Wish we had a coffee pot in the room. Breakfast wasn't until 8:00 so we early birds had to wait.

The room was very nice and the lobby was really inviting.

Proximity to every place we were visiting. And it?s right next door to a fabulous bakery OsoSweet

No front desk personnel after 10 pm.
