It on the beach. It's at a good location. They have two pools. Cool spot.

$35 daily resort fee does not include beach chairs and umbrellas, which required an additional cost. Couple of bartenders at both the pool bar and the tiki bar were unfriendly, as was one of the staff members at the towel station.

Checking our during the early morning hours. Front desk staff took forever to come out to the front desk. An when he did, he appeared to have been sleeping. Then we waited for nearly 30 mins for someone from valet to bring us our vehicle.

The air conditioning broke and they still haven’t called to let me know the refund, they also said when you charge your room there is no fee but there is a fee of $35 a day, 3 different staff told me there was no fee.

Mandatory valet parking and $40/day parking fee, mandatory beach chair rental (twice the cost of public chairs) to use the resort beach. Also, 4 couple went and 3 of the couples were given very crappy rooms until they complained and were switched.

No soap or conditioner in shower both empty. 40 dollars to park. Tried to put us in room without gulf view and we had to move

Pool and beach access

Phone did not work in our room. Had to use maid’s phone to translate our needs. Room was not supplied with “do not disturb sign, pens etc.“. Gym equipment, i.e. treadmill, was not hooked up to Internet.

Bathrooms need updating, not enough lights - very dim. No bathroom exhaust. Complimentary coffee in lobby would be nice.

Dirty, moldy, disgusting bathrooms, it’s like a motel and not a 4 star hotel.

Majority of the staff was amazing!!

The gulf view was more of a view of the outdated roof. I cut my toe in the shower, an incident report was filed. My son cut his toe in the pool from a light that had fallen out. My daughter got stuck in an elevator. Our air conditioning did not work.

The location can’t be beat

I liked everything I just don’t like that there’s a charge for everything from valet to the beach umbrellas. There’s no discounts for you staying there.

Cleaners need to clean or straighten rooms and bring towels daily instead of asking.

Location right on the beach. Room was nice.

The hotel needs some updating, and a better job cleaning up. Some stairwells had trash along with trash on property grounds. The bathroom had an LED light around the mirror that whistled whenever it was on.
