- Hidden fees, hot tub broken, room had patches on the wall, floor was delaminating, parking was non existent (we spent 1.5 hours circling tge garage because they over booked the building and they had no off site options so they forced us to pay to valet)
- No everything was perfect!
- The pool closer to our room was closed. Luckily they had different pools since that was the main reason we chose this hotel for a rainy weekend.

All the amenities. The adult pool, spa and sauna were amazing.
The tram and all shops outside were closed. I guess it was offseason.
