- Remodeling going on where the room was. Had to be moved because of all the loud noise coming from the remodeling. This is definitely not a 4.5 star hotel. It is pretty out of date on the room quality. At best it’s a 3.5.
- Hidden fees, hot tub broken, room had patches on the wall, floor was delaminating, parking was non existent (we spent 1.5 hours circling tge garage because they over booked the building and they had no off site options so they forced us to pay to valet)
- No everything was perfect!
