recently had the opportunity to stay at the Embassy Suites Springfield, VA, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. As a long-time member of Hilton Honors and a seasoned professional in the Tour and Travel Industry—with over two decades of experience ranging from travel agent to agency owner and tour operator—I have encountered a variety of hotels, but this one truly impressed me.From the moment I arrived, the hotel's cleanliness was apparent, which instantly created a sense of comfort and security. The spacious design of both the lobby and my suite contributed to an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The suite itself was thoughtfully designed, featuring a separate living area that provided ample room to relax and unwind after a hectic day. The bedroom was cozy, with plush bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep.One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which boasted a diverse selection of delicious options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs. It's a great way to kick-start the day with a satisfying meal. The staff members were not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile.Overall, my experience at the Embassy Suites Springfield exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, spacious, and welcoming environment. Leaving

The breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was very nice. Bartender at cocktail hour was great! Location was great.

Lack of towels, wash cloths, coffee, cups and shower gel. Hotel staff at front desk was not very friendly. Ran out of towels and no room service.

Ease of location and fabulously room. Restaurant was great.

Pool was extremely crowded

Very clean, spacious room and facilities were well kept. Breakfast was fresh, dining area well maintained

Parking was a bit difficult but we did check in later

I like the location

I didn’t like the food that I paid $38 for at the bar. The food actually was a total of 27 and I tipped $10 because the bartender was nice. I ordered a steak flank steak Caesar salad when I looked in the bottom of the salad it was filled with blood

Room was spacious

Front desk checking in was not friendly . Operations manager Sara was not friendly.

Great location, very nice hotel, suites are a great size. Happy hour and breakfast included is a really nice perk

I didn’t find the staff super helpful or friendly. Parking should bus the included in the price. The pullout couch was horribly uncomfortable.
