The rooms were very clean and well kept. They were spacious. The facilities are also clean. There was a great variety of things to do.

should have been told that housekeeping only comes when scheduled 24 hours in advance and when housekeeping did come they only took trash out and replaced towels. they didnt clean or wipe down anything.

We loved the spacious rooms, how quiet the neighborhood was, and overall it just felt like home away from home!

Everything was great, the only thing I’d say is the floors could use a good cleaning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. Text communication was helpful and perfect for checking out. Three pool options were also a bonus.

We mixed up locations for bingo. Went to the Waterpark pool instead of the clubhouse pool. The bar staff said it would take place near the lifeguard building, but it did not. It was at another pool entirely. Small mistake. We played shuffleboard instead. Not a big deal at all.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are very spacious and well-equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher) and the bedrooms are large. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the Disney parks and there are shuttles for those who want them. There is a pool that is open until 11:00 PM at night, which is fun for those who return from the parks and want to enjoy swimming with the children. There is a nice small water park at the hotel and the children really enjoyed it.

Very service minded friendly staff, helpful and flexible. Loved the resort environment, clean apartment, lots of space in the apartment. Excellent for families

Great location and great property.

There were some amenities listed that are even in the brochure they give you on arrival that are not available. Fishing rental for instance. We were told, "We haven't done that in years." But it's still in the brochure. Otherwise great place.
