Pool was a dungeon, hot tubs non-functional, had to beg for clean dry towels every day, housekeeping cleaned room ONE time in 4 days, and that was only because I yelled at them to clean the room. Absolutely horrible hotel, inept staff.

You can actually hear every noise next to your room, hallways, not to mention, this couple arguing and fighting around 3:30 am.
