- We asked for a room in the Blue Spa Tower and they tried to put us in the Blue Chip Tower, which have stayed in previously and it is not nearly as nice as the Blue Spa Tower. They charged us an upcharge to change. Too many other charges and fees.
- I didn't know in 2026 I'd have to check to see whether or not a hotel allowed smoking. The hotel is huge but the minute you enter through the doors it REEKS of smoke. Absolutely suffocating and disgusting.
- Dead bug in my bed and a cob web with bug up by ceiling
