Really nice short stay (4 weeks), we liked it.
Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart and buzz of Hong Kong. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Can recommend for a short or even a longer stay!
As this is located in the very heart of the city, especially during weekends there was a bit of noise from the streets. but you get used to it.

Apartment in a multicultural street
The location is great. The neighborhood is full of very good restaurants, bars, and takeout stores. I stayed here for over a month for work. There was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, various supermarkets and a post office nearby, which was very convenient. The room facilities were also very good.
Since there is only one room per floor, it is very quiet during the day. However, Lan Kwai Fang is a very famous night spot, so you should know that at night you will hear party music from outside. The hotel staff gave me earplugs, which I thought was a good service, but I didn't use them (because I didn't need them). Lan Kwai Fang is not unsafe and enjoyable even for a woman like me, but I think this apartment is especially suitable for people who want to stay somewhere different from the usual hotels.

Fine for short stay. Comfortable bed but quite noisy.
Central and convenient location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.
Very noisy, especially at weekend. Do not recommend as serviced apartment for longer stay unless just used for sleeping. Tiny fridge (cannot really store food and drinks) and cramped kitchen.
