The guy at the front desk was very friendly. The tv was huge.

It was a little confusing for me to find my room.

The electrical outlet on base of bedside table was very loose and would not charge my phone. Walk out let’s worked but inconveniently located

The cookies at check in, the frank sinatra music in the lobby, how sweet every single staff member was including the cleaning crew

There should be a microwave. The only reason for deducting stars

I accidentally booked two reservations. I want the refund from one night stay. I was trying to extend it but I booked two reservations. Please refund it.

Nice people, clean and beautiful lobby.

Rooms were a little dated with stains and shoddy repair work.

I'm super picky when it comes to cleanliness. I look over the entire room the minute I enter. I check for bedbugs & hair 1st. This room was spotless. The shower had a glass door & there wasn't even a smudge on it.

No...it was perfect & worth every penny.

clean, quiet, and upscale rooms and lobby. Also, parking was great.

The only complaints I had were the bathroom did not have a venting fan. It got very steamy and damp in there when we showered. And you could not adjust the cooling system to run just the fan.

The Espresso machine in the lobby. It said to pay at the front desk, but the lady gave it to me complimentary

I'm not sure if there was a fridge in my room or not. I didnt see it. I would've liked a complimentary breakfast.

It was extremely cold in my room. They need microwaves. The fridge wasn't cold enough. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I did not sleep well.

Yes no frrr breakfast parking full quadruple price no amenities just terrible because there was a game never again

The staff was very friendly and the location was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great.

room is modern, clean, feels like new. very nice.

Parking was a bit challenging, as it's next to a theatre and shopping area.
