Very poor. No toilet paper. I mean, none.
Bed comfortable although carelessly made up. Towels goods. Bathroom clean. TV and WiFi worked fine. Kettle, drinks etc. ok. Quiet at night.
Room carpet was strewn with debris. Had not been cleaned for some time. Borrowed vacuum from reception and did it myself.
No daylight from window, as it was an arm's length from a huge chipboard fence leaning against the gutters.
Carpark unlit. Reception dark after 8pm.
At 10pm, I realised there was no toilet paper, in my room or in the nearby general WCs. Dialled 0 from reception, no reply. Too late to find another hotel.
Not even AA* never mind AA*** as advertised.
The management has promised me a refund.
