friendly and approachable staff, prompt room service and very good privacy.
Really poor room view wise. A king delux on the 10th floor at the same price as a 29th floor room (terrible when you consider the view is of rooftop tennis and basketball courts- which are great facilities but not the city view as promised) Overpriced.
