Good location, everything is within walking distance. The room is cleaned every day, and the breakfast was varied.

No sauna or gym.

Everything was perfect!Very clean,comfortable and in a great location close to all attractions!

Lovely guy on reception didn't get his name foreign guy dark hair slim.very happy.nice room was able to open the window at bit fir air..got a slight later check out.which was nice.breakfast was hot and plenty of it..nice bar.

Unfortunately it's on a buzy road so a little noisy but I was so tired i slept well.

Everything was good. Staff very friendly and no issues.

I couldn't fault anything. From arriving to leaving all good. Room very comfortable and bathroom well stocked with towels and toiletries.

Staff, breakfast and comfort of rooms was all excellent and great value for money. Upgraded to an Executive room for only a small amount extra which was well worth it.Great location to explore the beautiful city of Dublin.

Only one issue that our room was situated in the front of the hotel on the main road. I am a light sleeper and the road/tram noises did disturb my sleep. Would request a room on the opposite side of the hotel in future.

The available facilities were nice and clean. Staff were always kind and available for questions. Breakfast was diverse in its options and available for an extended period of time.

The fitness room is quite limited and the entry passes felt clunky at times, sometimes disconnecting from our entrance altogether.

Very central. Lovely interior. Everything was well maintained, fairly new in my opinion and spotless clean. The Bar and Restaurant on the second floor makes it easy to treat yourself to some good food even after a long day without having to leave the Hotel.

Very clean and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast had a good variety and the drinks vouchers for staying in an executive room came in very handy. We stayed for dinner for one of the night which was in the bar and highly recommended. The room had what we needed and very spacious.

Only negative I had was the pillows as very uncomfortable and flat.

Great location right in the heart of the city. Lovely reception staff. Rooms are so comfortable and everything that you need.

Beautiful rooms,spotless. A bit chaotic one evening due to a mix up but other nights and days made up for it. Very expensive for one add on night but otherwise given it was Christmas can't complain. Lovely atmosphere.

Warm and noise insulated spaciuos rooms, comfortable big beds pristine, clean, friendly staff, great shower, well equipped bathroom
