The room was clean
We were very disappointed that room was not in the Grand traverse resort but on a different property.we reserved through booking.com and it was not clearly stated that it would stay on a property away from the resort!

Location was perfect.
Very dated and I mean like from the 80’s. Musty smell in the apartment.These apartments need a complete overhaul. For $500 a night, not even close to worth it.

The resort is nicely landscaped and they had some nice amenities, if you have time to take advantage of them.
The condo we stayed in was very outdated and expensive for what it was.

The room was a great size, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were everything we hoped for. The location was perfect for where we wanted to visit.
All of the staff was friendly except the front desk staff. They could have been more helpful with our questions. It was odd that we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. We were in a corner room that was connected to two other rooms (which we weren't aware would be the case). We could hear the tv (at a normal volume) from the connecting room. We've never experienced that before.

The room's heating/air conditioning system needs improvement.
