Abba Euskalduna Hotel

Comfortable and clean room. Convenient location if you go to San Mames stadium (across the street), but far from old down town.

Location. 45' walk to old down town, 25' walk to Guggenheim museum.. Although the room is comfortable, the hotel doesn't have many amenities for a 4 star hotel.

Good value for money, big...

We did not get a clean bath mat the second day, the dirty one was removed and no clean one given back. Also we used the mixer sticks for our hot drinks on the first day and they were not replaced so we had nothing to stir our coffee with

Close to all amenities. Quiet , clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The nearby trams are quite noisy at night... nothing to do with the hotel though.

Our second time staying here and it won't be our last. The location is absolutely perfect for our needs - it's near transport links, next to San Mames, within walking distance of lots of bars and other attractions.Rooms are comfortable and spacious with a massive bed. Despite the location the hotel is also pretty quiet.The view from our room this time was truly spectacular. We had a fantastic stay in the beautiful city of Bilbao. We hope to return again soon. Thank you!

Whilst air conditioning was great when we were earlier in summer, this time it seemed that the air conditioning was switched off completely with only warm heating allowed, despite the unseasonably warm temperatures outside during our brief stay. Fortunately we could open the window for cooling.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, and excellent location close to the terminal station and football Stadium San Mames Bilbao.

Good choice of food

One small point: we didn’t understand why the fried eggs were left out unheated!The bar and seating area are very severe in their design.No milk for tea or coffee in the room. Decafe only coffee. Seriously!!

Hotel is very good value, well situated for transport links. Comfortable & clean.

Being able to have a drink on the terrace early evening would have been nice

Great location right beside athletico bilbao football stadium. Nice staff. We stayed in a superior room, and there was lots of space and a comfortable super king-sized bed. Within walking distance of everything you would need. Breakfast isn't really my thing, but my husband loved it. He thought the selection was good and enjoyed trying some basque products he hadn't before. Arranged taxi for us to go to the airport which came at the specified time. We would definitely stay again.

Check-in and checkout took too long. Often, there was no one serving at the bar, maybe dealing with room service but annoying when you're trying to get a drink.

The location is excellent for visiting Bilbao on foot, surrounded by all the tranquility you could hope for in a city of such scale. The breakfast exceeds expectations, extremely rich in options, with staff very attentive to replenishing the dishes that run out. There is a place where you can leave your luggage after check-out time, and the staff is very kind and attentive to requests.

The room we had was rather shabby, the bathroom needed refurbishment, and the doors themselves gave me a cheap impression. The minibar prices seemed exaggerated, and I mention this in comparison with other similar places where I have stayed.

Nothing to be mentioned

The room was very clean, a good size and very comfortable. It was quiet.The location worked well for us, as it is near the Intermodal bus station, and we had to take a bus early the following morning.

Handy to Hop on bus, exceptional Breakfast, lovely helpful staff.

Bed a little too firm for me

Comfortable bed. Quiet - had a great sleep. Good view over the river. Nice breakfast.

Room decor is very run down. Bathroom was a disgrace. Mould stains, damaged everywhere, leaking shower.

No real facility to store my bike overnight. Lift to my room was not really doable for a heavy e-bike

Great location within easy access to the tram which goes into the city centre in 10mins. Room was clean.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and the safe wasn’t working. This made the room uncomfortable for sleeping without opening the window which brought in bugs.
