VERY POOR SMOKING AREA SET UP. UMBRELLA WAS REMOVED. NO CUSION ON BENCH SEAT. NO GRAB RAILS IN THE SMALL TOILET ROOM. DIFFICULT TO GET UP FROM THE LOW TOILET.

Unnecessary wake up calls noisey renovations

The beach was absolutely beautiful. The restaurants were great and coffee shop was open 24-7.

Very minimal hot water. Like warm shower at best. Watered down liquor but I think that¿s pretty common for Mexico in general.

The room was well planned, great shower design to vent humidity, toilet work well, great paper. Abundance of towels, screen doors on patio. Great attentive service and employees.

Common in this area due to all hard stone and tile surfaces¿hallways can be very loud. Convenient location to town and tours but, not a pretty or tropical location it¿s a city vibe hotel. Generous all-inclusive plan great choices.

The staff were the friendliest. Food was very good.

There were too many private events that closed sections of the pool down all day.

this was supposed to be a family friendly location but 2 of the 4 restaurants were for adults only. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, rooms were not ready until 4pm.

The food sucked, the rooms were very old, hot tub was not working properly with broken parts, one of the elevators in the hotel did not work so it took forever to go up and down. At times we had to take the stairs to and from the 7th floor.

This hotel is nowhere close to 4 stars hotel. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! Room had a strong smell of mold , the were a dark hair in the jacuzzi, the food was Horrible!!! We all got food poison from the hotel food. Rooms are very old .

Check in can be slow not because of staff but because people keep asking them a million questions and there's so many families so you and your family would fit in perfect young and old

Hotel lobby area are great with roomie space. Asian restaurant has the best food. Staff is friendly. Pay extra $50/room to join Secrets next door is the best money spent.

People smoke in pool & threw cigarette bud in it right in front of us. No staff there to enforce smoking restrictions or may not have restrictions at all. No music, poor entertainment. Buffet is boring. Same menu every day. No swimmable rocky beach

Close to airport. Many restaurants Staff very friendly

Stayed with older grandchildren and son. Very noisey at night with adults not respecting the privacy of others. Swim up pool at our room was very noisey with kids and adults and there was very little privacy on our little patio next to the swim out poo

Location was great, near the airport and some decent places to walk to. Pool area was nice and the room was large and well appointed. Views were also great.

While understanding that all-inclusives don't mean high quality, both the food and drinks at this location were well below expectations. Most drinks barely tasted like what they should be, and the limited food menus were pretty low-quality.

Some of the staff went way above and beyond. Hotel employee were all exceptional. There was also a gentleman who was always at the front gate, who managed to always lighten the mood of the checking in and put.

I preferred the Secrets side. I felt like the staff was more aware of our presence. The swim up bar on the Now side was super quiet... yet it took forever to get a drink or service of any kind.

Both of our servers were the best! Always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we felt special. The location is perfect, staff very friendly, and you cannot beat the atmosphere

on day one of our trip we started getting bites in our room so the hotel changed our room and told us the would credit us back , the moved us to a even worse room , the phone was broken , no robes, and dirt smeared marked walls,, and bed bugs

Beautiful grounds, many areas to enjoy sports, good, relaxation Service was great and for an All Inclusive place, good was hood

Location was great! It was about 15 Minutes to the airport which we took a taxi. Overall appeal of the hotel was top notch. Staff was very friendly, food and drinks were great! Beach and pools were very clean. I would definitely return.
