Location, Dinner and dinner staff and the breakfast was ok.

Our room was a "standard" room, but voor 190,- you would expect decent pillows. The pillows were so terrible, that we could not sleep. Also the bedcovers were very thin and did not cover the whole bed When we complained at the frontdesk the 2 ladies didn't really care that we had a terrible night and no compensation was given.We will never stay there again.

room was nice and clean, robes and slippers were nicely provided when asked.

the only thing that bothered me was the bed, it was mentioned as kind size but it was just two twin beds next to each other, and the division in between the matrasses was not comfy at all.

Everything was just great. We got a big family room with a separate smaller room with a bed for the kid. The staff was excellent and the breakfast very rich and tasty. And the view to the Danube was also very nice.

Not pay for parking or paying less.

Nice specious room with view to the river . Safe underground parking facility . Walking distance to city center and restaurants. Courteous and professional staff .

The rooms were great and convenient. It was nice to have breakfast and there were a lot of possibilities there, including oatmeal milk in the coffee machine, which was rare in Germany.When we left, we forgot a small item, and they sent me an email asking if I wanted it shipped to me. It was very thoughtful of them.

I requested two adjacent rooms for our family, and they assured me they would do their best. When I came, they said the rooms are not together. After I insisted, they did find us two rooms together, so luckily it worked out. The elevator is a bit slow.

The value was incredible. To stay in a four-star hotel for less than a $100 per night was incredible. The receptionist was always helpful. The room service was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The restaurant at the top of the hotel serves a great menu.

One of the elevators did not work while I was staying a the hotel, but that can happen anywhere.

Good location near the Donau and a 20 minute walk from city center.

Their elevator system is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You waited for 10 minutes everytime before the lift stopped at your level and/or wasn’t too full already to get in. A big problem for a 15 level hotel. Also the service was very unpersonal.

Easy to find in the city and was right on the river and could see Ulm Münster from my room!

Housekeeping liked doing their job. No discredit to them, they did a great thing but I’m a late sleeper so sometimes they would open the door while I’m still just waking up or the do not disturb sign was on the door. They really did a good job no to much of a problem just the only thing I could say was bothering me.

The room was large and nicely decorated. My daughter and I loved the pool, which was open until 11pm. Great cafe within a short walk for breakfast.

The pillows were terribly unsupportive and the AC was virtually non-existent; it just blew air, but not cold air. The bed, while comfortable, was too firm for my liking.

Modern business hotel with off street parking. Location just a few minutes walk from centre of town.

Nice Hotel and staff. Great location. Problem getting in sync with rom cleaning staff. 3 days without having room cleaned out of 9 day trip.

Excellent breakfast, good coffee for superauto machine, friendly staff. Elevator algorithm is not exactly intelligent. Be prepared for long waits, especially during rush hours (breakfast for example) Stairs are there, but access to all floors is not possible.

The hotel is a bit old, and it shows, both in design and wear.

Good swimming pool, large room, comfortable beds. The bar was a „piano bar“ which was pretty tacky but quite fun for a change.

Bathroom is quite small and has a bath. I have a thing that hotels really should not have baths, which waste space, but use larger showers instead.

Nice room with a mini-fridge. We had a great view of the famous church from our room, and it was a very quiet location.

As usual, this my favorite place to go in Ulm, Not so far from the center and a beautiful view of the Danube.The Hotel is a good place to rest and organise your work.The personnel is very kind.Great Breakfast place

The Bathroom is well equiped but saddly there were no more soap in the shower nor the sink soap dispenser... quite difficult to wash yourself correctly.Problem was solved the next day but I was a bit disappointed for this level of Hotel.

The hotel was good.Staff very positive and helpful.Breakfast was good.The only think negative is that they should be more careful on cleaning the room.You could see the dust, the carpet should be cleaned better.First day we found hairs on the bathtub.
